Another Irish artist for you this week, I’m showing my Irish pride! James Vincent McMorrow first came to my attention last year when I spent the summer in Chicago. Some of the people I was living with were talking about going to see him perform in the open air concerts in Millennium Park. He was incredible. Just James, a piano and a guitar on this immense stage. He had everyone’s total undivided attention.

‘Cavalier’ is a song I can really relate to at the moment. Its from James’ new album, Post Tropical, which will be released in January next year. Another great, symbolic video. Simple in its message and beautifully done. I think its a song that everyone can relate to and will bring back memories for them. I have had it on repeat for about 3 weeks now. Beautiful song.
