Vogue Japan

It’s lovely and sunny outside, there are gorgeous cherry blossoms everywhere and I have spent the last two day sick in bed. Why can I never be ill when it’s raining? Anyway, to amuse myself in between working from home and attempting to study for my test tomorrow, worst time to be sick ever, I have been looking at some of the editorials coming up in the May issues of various magazines. This editorial from Vogue Paris immediately caught my eye.

It’s called Ancient Songs of Praise and was shot by Giampaolo Sgura, styled by Anna Dello Russo, and Magdalena Frackowiak modelling. I think it is a stunning shoot. The surroundings, the tribal feel, the colours and feathers. It’s beautiful. It grabs your attention from the start and isn’t a standard summer editorial.

What do you think of this shoot?
