Irish Pride

So I’m showing my Irish Pride today with this incredible editorial from Vogue’s September Issue featuring Daria Werbowy, Adam Driver and the stunning Irish country side.

The feature is called Wild Irish Rose and is set in Co.Kerry which is in the South of Ireland. Kerry is actually where I spent most of my summers with my family when I was little so its amazing to see it in all its glory in Vogue!

The feature was shot by the legendary Annie Leibovitz with the incredible Grace Coddington leading the shoot. I think it is a stunning feature. Its atmospheric, moody and beautifully shot. Both models look wonderful in all the pictures and they seem to have amazing chemistry.

My only criticism is that it does seem a little cliched with the donkeys but I suppose that’s how Ireland is still viewed by a large portion of the world. I’m only grateful that there are no leprechauns featured also! (That’s 100% a fairytale by the way everybody! They don’t really exist!)

All in all I love this feature, in fact it may be one of my favourites in recent times. I would definitely recommend everyone goes and gets themselves a copy! x
