Happy first of December! It’s officially the day when you can start getting excited about Christmas and no one can give out to you! Over the next few weeks, I will be showing you some of my top Christmas picks across a range of categories. These picks can give you inspiration for a friend, family member, or even your own Christmas wish list! Today I’m going to look at make up.
There are always incredible make up sets available around Christmas, but it’s also a time when you can branch out and freshen up your look. Here are some of my favourite make up products available now – simply click the pictures to shop!
The perfect red lipstick
There are lots of amazing red lipsticks out there. Ruby Woo by MAC is one of my favourites, but these three lipsticks by Charlotte Tilbury, YSL and NARS are the three that I’m obsessed with lately.
The bright eyes mascara
Investing in a good mascara, or putting one onto your wish list, can really make a big difference to your look. Look for a mascara that lengthens and thickens your lashes for maximum effect. These three below from Eyeko, Charlotte Tilbury and Givenchy are three of my favourites.
The miracle concealer
As someone who suffers from rosacea as well as dark circles under my eyes, I know the importance of a great concealer. Touche Eclat is my go to concealer, but there are plenty of others out there that I have tried and love.
The must have eye palette
You’ll notice that most of the palettes below are browns and beiges. This is because most people tend to ask for “smokey eyes” in soft colours, according to my friends in MAC. So these palettes should suit most of you who are looking for that look. Many of these palettes come with variations, so if you’re looking for something brighter, there’s plenty of options.
The Christmas Set
Christmas sets are always something that I look forward to at Christmas. There’s so much variety and I love seeing the packaging that the brands come up with. Check out some of my favourites below!
So there you have it, my top beauty picks for this Christmas. Check back for my next post in a few days for more Christmas wish list inspiration!
