I always know when Autumn (or Fall) has arrived, because I always seem to get a cold as soon as the weather turns. So after spending 6 hours at a farmers and craft market with my mom on Saturday, and then going to an Indian Sculpture park on Sunday, I now have a cold and am stuck in bed. Have to get better asap, because I don’t want to be sick for London on Friday!
I suppose I should see the silver lining in all of this. All this time in bed will be spend dissecting New York Fashion Week for you lovely readers. Expect some NYFW posts in the near future!
So anyway, back to my cold inducing weekend. The boyfriend and I went to this Indian sculpture park and the place is so crazy I just had to share some photos with you.
I know. We look like total dorks. But it was hilarious trying to get up onto that sculpture! I’m wearing my big River Island boots, an old pair of black jeans, my lovely warm homie jumper and my amazing Barbour jacket. For any of you who don’t have a Barbour, I can’t recommend them highly enough. The most similar version to my jacket I found on the John Lewis website. I bought mine in Brown Thomas in Dublin.
As you can see from the photos, its a beautiful park filled with the most amazing sculptures. They even have a mini lake with stone ducks in it and a boat that I really wanted to go in! Afterwards, we went to a little pub and had a big warm meal, we needed it! We got back to my boyfriends house in time to see the sun going down. And yes, he does have horses living in a field beside his house. So cute!
So now I’m going to scour through all the NYFW photos and I should have my first NYFW post soon. What did you all get up to this weekend? x
