Lots happening in the world of beauty today! I love news like this as it freshens up the industry and it also means we can usually look forward to some beautiful new campaigns and products.
As a long time MAC lover and customer, I am delighted that they are partnering up with Proenza Schouler. The collection will be available April 2014. This is a natural partnership as MAC has been doing the beauty looks for Proenza Schouler shows for quite some time now. The collection will include products such as ombre face powders, lipsticks, nail varnishes, eye liners and lip pencils. I personally cannot wait to see the colour scheme that they come up with. If its anything like the new campaign shot, we can expect lots of beautiful colours.
The other beauty news of the day is that Lancome have announced Lily Collins as their new brand ambassador. Lily’s first campaign, French Ballerine, will be released January 2014. I think this is a perfect fit. Lily Collins represents all the natural beauty and radiance that I associate with Lancome. I really look forward to seeing her new campaign in the new year.
